Dispatch and Shipping
Pre-order and Custom Order Items - goods which are on pre-order or custom order are usually made and shipped to order, an expected arrival date is noted on the product page. This time frame may change slightly and you will be notified in this instance.
Out of stock and back order items – our products are subject to availability, as our supply partner’s stock levels change daily. If you order an item that is out of stock, or on back order, you will receive an email from us. Within 48 hours of this email being sent by us, we ask that you confirm in writing to either continue with your back-order items or be provided a refund or exchange for your items.
Please be aware that during peak periods, there may be delays with your tracking and order delivery. We do all that we can to manage this, and appreciate your patience.
Most items are dispatched within 1 - 5 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once this has occurred. If you're not home when your delivery arrives, the item may be left if safe, or a card will be left for you. Please note, we will not be held responsible for items going missing or damaged from being left in an unattended location. Feel free to add a note at checkout advising a safe location for your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Please note – if you're in a rural or remote location, or living in SA, WA and NT and extra surcharge may apply to your shipping costs. This additional cost is not calculated at checkout. You will be contacted via email with the option to pay the difference, or receive a refund for the product(s) you ordered. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to discuss, we're here to help.
Local Pick Up
Our local pick up option is available for homewares, wall art, lighting and small furniture. Our collection service is located in Upper Coomera, on the Northern Gold Coast, and is open 7 days a week. Orders are usually ready within 1 - 7 business days, depending on which product(s) you've ordered. You will be contacted as soon as your order is available. Please note: orders are held with our collection service for 45 days. Unless prior arrangement has been made, any orders held beyond this will be returned and restocked.
