Dispatch and Shipping
Most items which are in stock are dispatched within 3 business days. If you require express dispatch, please contact us so we can arrange this for you.
Pre-order Items - goods which are on pre-order are usually made and shipped to order, an expected arrival date is noted on the product page. This time frame may change and you will be notified in this instance.
Out of stock and back order items – our products are subject to availability, as our supply partner’s stock levels change daily. If you order an item that is out of stock, or on back order, you will receive an email from us. Within 48 hours of this email being sent by us, we ask that you confirm in writing to either continue with your back-order items or be provided a refund or exchange for your items.
We choose Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers for the majority of our shipping, however some large and/or bulky goods may be sent via an alternative courier company.
You will receive confirmation once your order is received and again when your goods are ready for shipping, this will include your tracking number and the name of the courier company. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, the item may be left if safe, or a card will be left for you. Please note, we will not be held responsible for items going missing or damaged from being left in an unattended location. Please add a note at checkout advising a safe location for your goods.
Local Pick Up
Our local pick up option is available for homewares, wall art and lighting only. Your order should be ready in 1 - 7 business days, depending on which of our products you've ordered. You will be contacted as soon as your order is available. Our office is located on the northern Gold Coast. Please bring your confirmation email with you.
